TwitPicks provides social media sentiment analysis for stocks and financial instruments. Our platform analyzes social media conversations to provide sentiment scores, trend detection, and trading insights.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided through our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use TwitPicks.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Access to certain features of TwitPicks requires a paid subscription.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

TwitPicks provides sentiment analysis tools and information for educational and informational purposes only.

You should not treat any of the platform's content as a substitute for professional financial advice.

TwitPicks and its affiliates are not liable for any losses you may incur as a result of using our platform or acting on the information provided.

You agree not to use TwitPicks for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to TwitPicks.

You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our platform without explicit written permission.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our platform.

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize data obtained from TwitPicks without our written consent.

All content, features, and functionality of TwitPicks, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of TwitPicks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TwitPicks for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to your personal data and trading strategies. We do not claim ownership of your data.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for research, analytics, and service improvement purposes.

You grant us a limited license to use your feedback and suggestions for improving our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwitPicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to TwitPicks shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TwitPicks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to TwitPicks immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use TwitPicks will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time.

If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of TwitPicks after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
